Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Rathdrum, ID is seeking a Tire Technician to install and maintain tires and wheels, rotate and balance tires, and calibrate TPMS. You will provide excellent customer service, assist with sales, and support offsite service as needed.

The role requires a valid driver's license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lift 35–75 pounds repeatedly while working in a fast-paced environment. Benefits are offered to eligible full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels and perform related repairs.
• Rotate, balance, inflate tires and calibrate TPMS as needed.
• Assist customers and promote store value offerings.
• Perform offsite or emergency road service as required.
