Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will install and balance tires, rotate wheels, test road vehicles and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

The position offers hands-on training, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to contribute to store sales with a customer-first approach. Valid driver’s license and good physical endurance are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds and frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels; calibrate TPMS.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite road service.
• Promote store sales and the Best Tire Value Promise.
