Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and customer service. You will handle tire/wheel installation, maintenance, balancing, TPMS calibration, and related tasks while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes safe handling, efficient service, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting; a valid driver's license and ability to lift 35–75 lbs are essential.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, repair/rotate/inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels; calibrate TPMS; wash tires/wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite work.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote store sales.
