Les Schwab Tire Centers in Bakersfield seeks a Sales & Service associate to install, maintain, and sell tires and wheels while delivering exceptional customer service. You will handle tire installation, rotation, inflation, TPMS calibration, and related tasks in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities include test driving vehicles, operating service vehicles for offsite work, and promoting the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35–75 pounds and perform frequent bending or squatting.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; balance wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite work.
• Calibrate TPMS and install/rebuild components as needed.
• Provide superior customer service and promote store sales.
