The role requires reading specs, basic measurements, and teamwork in a non-climate controlled factory environment. Hands-on training and safety gear are provided, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and promote teamwork in a production environment.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Load and remove stock cassettes and books.
• Make minor machine adjustments to ensure proper stock length and placement.
• Complete quality checks on products using metric measurements and formulas.
• Read specifications and use gauges to monitor product quality.
• Respond quickly to downtime and notify supervision of issues.
• Operate control panels in automatic and manual modes.
• Execute basic sequencing on Tire Build machines.
• Apply problem-solving skills for machine cycle issues.
• Understand written and oral instructions regarding specs and tolerances.
• Communicate with operators and supervision.
• Drive forklifts and operate other material handling equipment as needed.
