Job summary

Walmart in Atlanta is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in both the sales and service areas and to assist members with their purchases. You will work with a team to fulfill requests, educate colleagues on tools and processes, and uphold safety standards.

Knowledge of TPMS, product specs, and POS systems is preferred. You will be involved in inventory, paperwork, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests.
• Educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; mentor new technicians.
• Be an expert in safety, compliance, TPMS, and product specs; assist customers with service decisions.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions; maintain inventory and paperwork.
