Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfil sales and service requests; mentor new technicians; ensure safe, efficient customer service.
• Apply knowledge of safety/compliance, tire and battery guidelines, TPMS, product specs, and POS systems to service customers.
• Use handheld tech to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and train teammates; adapt to new tools.
