Job summary

Walmart is hiring for a Tire & Battery Center Technician at our Chesapeake location. You will deliver customer service on the sales and service sides, stock and organize displays, and process member purchases with accuracy. Qualifications

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns.
• Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise and securing fragile items.
• Operates cash registers or related equipment and processes member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains Tire & Battery Center displays and organizes merchandise.
• Receives and stocks merchandise and maintains the center following company procedures.
• Keeps the facility safe by following safety standards and reporting hazards.
• Handles payments, returns, and exchanges using proper procedures.
