Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do
  • Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
  • Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service procedures, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques.
  • Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve service, and make immediate business decisions, encouraging others to adopt new tools.
  • Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, and inventory; operate cash registers; process transactions; ensure safety and compliance; resolve member issues; and complete necessary documentation.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment. Uphold company policies and implement improvement plans.
