Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educating associates and mentoring technicians.

• Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience and elevate associate engagement.
• Communicates equipment, tools and supplies needs to leads, tracks returns and special orders, and processes transactions.
• Acts as a brand advocate to uphold Walmart values and deliver high-quality service.
• Completes tasks using company policies and resources, coordinating with managers, coworkers and customers.
• Respects diverse individuals and fosters teamwork and belonging.
• Maintains integrity and accountability in daily work and aligns with company ethics.
