Job summary

Sam’s Club Tire & Battery Center in Dallas is hiring for a full‑time Tire & Battery Technician/Associate role. You will assist members with tire installation, service decisions, and merchandise presentation while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

You will greet members, identify needs, and use Sam’s Garage resources to recommend the best tire and battery products, explain warranties, and deliver value with quality service.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: auto service industry experience.
• Preferred: retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards; follow forklift and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Keep Tire & Battery Center merchandised, stocked, signed and priced.
• Assist members with tire installation appointments and service decisions.
• Provide expert member service, recommend products, explain warranties, and ensure value.
• Drive sales and service excellence in the TBC and collaborate with club associates.
• Prioritize TBC service workflow and manage queues to maximize efficiency.
• Operate POS and handle purchasing, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
