Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance protocols, tire and battery guidelines, and service standards.
• Leverage handheld tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and support decision making.
• Manage cash registers, process transactions, and maintain inventory, labeling and storage per policies.
• Be a brand ambassador, delivering high-quality service and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
