Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educating others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentoring new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS and POS systems.
• Utilize handheld technology to plan and drive sales, improve service, and support associates.
• Handle inventory, returns, special orders, and maintain accurate paperwork and documentation.
