Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfil sales and service requests educating other associates on tools tasks resources
• Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols tire and battery industry guidelines service standards equipment operations TPMS and POS systems
• Leverages handheld technology to plan for and drive sales and improve the service experience
• Communicates equipment, tools and supplies needs to TBC Lead, tracks returns and orders, processes transactions, maintains inventory and safety standards
• Contributes to a culture of belonging, mentoring others, and upholding Walmart values and ethics
