Job summary

Walmart Timonium Tire & Battery Center is seeking a dedicated Technician to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas, delivering value to members and supporting store operations.

You will collaborate with associates to fulfill requests, apply safety protocols, and use handheld tools to drive service improvements while assisting members with informed purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

• Valid State-issued Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledges completing trainings and assessments as required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfil sales and service requests, educating associates on tools, tasks, resources and mentoring new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery guidelines, service standards and POS operations.
• Leverage handheld technology to plan for and drive service improvements, and to support decisions on services and safety.
• Maintain inventory, operate cash registers, process transactions, and ensure proper packaging, labeling and storage.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues to meet member expectations.
