• Communicate department goals, set guidelines, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Train and develop associates, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize handheld tools to plan for and drive sales and service quality.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with staffing and scheduling.
