Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Kapolei, HI is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding service in our auto service center. You will engage guests, drive tire and service sales, and build lasting relationships while recommending products and warranties.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, scheduling and checking in/out, estimating time requirements, and promoting the Company’s training tools. Prior guest service experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction through understanding their needs.
• Understand and describe all warranties, advertising, and promotion of products and services.
• Handle guest interactions from check-in to completed service, including scheduling and checkout.
• Recommend products based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Promote self-development using company-provided training tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and handling tires and wheels.
