Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is hiring for a warehouse associate to load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment. You will operate a forklift or picker, use scanners for inventory, and contribute to safety and efficiency across shifts.

The role requires lifting up to 80 pounds, working overtime, and the ability to work at heights on tall racks. Competitive wages start at $19.50/hour with weekly pay and benefits in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds with barrels and tires.
• Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Abide by all safety policies and regulations.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass pre-employment drug test (THC not tested).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles.
• Use scanners to locate items and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 lb regularly; up to 80 lb; team lifts for heavy tires.
• Push up to 40 lb when handling barrels/tires.
• Work safely at heights up to 25 ft on tall racks.
• Stand/walk for long periods; overtime as needed.
• Support safety policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties per supervisor's instruction.
