Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Minnesota. You will load/unload and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment, using forklift or picker equipment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally, plus safety training. Overtime may be required; strong teamwork and adherence to safety policies are essential. We offer weekly pay, benefits from day one, and a path for skill development through

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical equipment for heavy tires.
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds with barrels and industrial tires.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Be on the move and work on your feet for extended periods; overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• May assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as needed.
• Duties may include other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
