Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, is hiring for a warehouse associate in Minnesota. You will load and unload tires, stock inventory, and operate forklifts in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities include inventory control, onboarding new hires, and supporting operations leaders. Paid training, overtime as needed, and benefits are provided. Must be 18+, pass a drug test, and have forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds with barrels/tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse using forklifts or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to locate and store tires and assist inventory control.
• Contribute to safety policies and procedures.
• Onboard and train new hires and support operations leaders.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and manage adjustments, returns, and shortages.
