Job summary

Northwest-Tire in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a Tire and Lube Technician to perform basic maintenance including tire repair, rotation, mounting/dismounting, and fluid changes.

This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, competitive pay, health/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, and the possibility of overtime with occasional Saturday shifts.

Hours typically 7:30am–5:30pm, with flexible scheduling and room for advancement for motivated team players.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred, but on-the-job training is provided.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend and stretch.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver tires and vehicles.

Responsibilities

Job DescriptionTIRE AND LUBE TECHNICIANApplicant will be responsible for performing general maintenance including tire repair, tire rotation, tire mounting/dismounting, changing fluids as well as general shop duties assigned.Experience preferred, but not necessary, we will train.Competitive Pay and Benefit Package:Health, Dental, & Vision insuranceEarn PTO (Paid Time Off) starts immediate and can be used after 90 days.Most jobs are rotating Saturdays, No Sundays. Hours of operation may vary but are generally 7:30am - 5:30pm.Overtime available when needed.
