Job summary

The Hertz Corporation is hiring a Tire and Lube Technician in West Palm Beach, FL. This entry-level position offers a 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday schedule, with pay at $17.00 per hour. You will service vehicles, perform basic repairs, and work with shop equipment under supervision.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma and are willing to learn automotive repair. Tools, a valid driver’s license, and a customer-focused attitude are required to succeed at Hertz.

• Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight.
• Able to use lifts and tire changing equipment safely.
• Familiar with alignment machines and scan tools.

We are looking for a Tire and Lube Technician with a passion to service vehicles. If this is, you and you're ready for your next destination then you have cruised to the right spot!

Wage: $17.00/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Professional Experience

• Entry level position with no required experience
• Preferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional)

Knowledge

• Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight
• Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools

Additional Notes

• Must have tools to perform necessary repairs
• Minimum tools needed for the job.
• 3/8" and ½" impact wrench
• Sockets wrench - metric and standard - preferably long and short lengths.
• Oil Filter wrenches and tools
• TPMS tool - reset tire sensors
• Combo wrenches
• Screwdrivers
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
