Position: Tire and Lube Technician

Compensation: $18-$23 per hour (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Paid Benefits)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic preventive maintenance as part of a team
• Repair tires and perform tire rotations
• Mount, dismount, and balance tires
• Conduct oil changes and install filters

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Willingness to learn preventive maintenance basics
• Current college/trade school students and graduates encouraged to apply
• Motivated, eager individuals seeking opportunities in an essential industry
• Transferable skills or relevant experience, e.g., food industry, manufacturing, or production
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills with team members
• Detail-oriented with a desire to learn and grow
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks such as crouching, bending, and turning
