Job Summary

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Tire & Lube Technician to perform essential vehicle maintenance and tire services including tire repairs, changes, balancing, rotations, and TPMS procedures. This is an excellent entry point into the automotive industry with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training; or a minimum of 6 months of experience as a tire technician
• Some experience with basic vehicle maintenance and tire services
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work efficiently
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Willingness to assist team members with other tasks as needed to support shop operations
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
