Tire and Lube Technician: $16-$18 effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Paid Benefits)

What is the job?

1. Work as a team to perform basic preventive maintenance
2. Repair tires, perform tire rotations
3. Mount, dismount, and balance tires
4. Perform oil changes and install filters

3. Transferable skills or relevant experience, such as in food service, manufacturing, or production
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform services efficiently
5. Confidence in communicating with team members to complete tasks
6. Attention to detail and eagerness to learn and grow with the company
7. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
8. Physical ability to lift 70 lbs and endure crouching, bending, and turning
