Wing Shack in Colorado is hiring Team Members. You’ll rotate across kitchen, prep, cleaning, and front counter, delivering fast, friendly service and keeping orders crispy and sauce-ready. This role participates in our tip pool and rewards a hands-on, high‑energy work style.

You’ll learn every station, support teammates, greet guests, handle orders, and ensure cleanliness and safety during busy shifts. We value reliability, teamwork, and a passion for great flavor that makes every guest say wow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable availability as required by the company.
• If needed, have a transportation plan to attend shifts.
• Able to perform all essential job functions per training materials.
• Ability to communicate and follow directions safely and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Sling wings and deliver good vibes, ensuring orders are crispy, saucy, and addictive.
• Greet regulars and upsell with house-made ranch.
• Be hype squad, problem solver, and sauce keeper; take orders, run food, and refill ranch as needed.
• Multitask, laugh through lunch rush, and maintain teamwork to deliver a memorable guest experience.
