Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Chicago is hiring Servers to deliver the restaurant's signature churrasco experience. You will warmly welcome guests, present menus, answer questions about meats and methods, and coordinate with kitchen and churrasqueiros.

This role requires stamina to stand for long periods, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, weekend/holiday shifts, and a willingness to work as part of a high-energy team. The position offers a fixed hourly rate of $12.96 with tips plus full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have customer-facing hospitality experience.
• Ability to provide friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and greeting.
• Pull each guest’s chair and lay the napkin in their lap.
• Present menu and answer questions about items and preparation methods.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and relay special requests to meats team.
• Place orders with Cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other Servers in their areas as needed.
• Complete opening or closing shift duties.
