Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Minneapolis is seeking friendly servers to enhance the dining experience with attentive, on-demand service. You will greet guests, explain the menu, take orders, and coordinate with churrasqueiros to ensure timely, accurate service.

The position offers a fixed hourly rate with tips eligibility. Full-time team members may access a benefits package starting after 60 days, including health coverage and life insurance. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and eye contact.
• Pull each guest’s chair, place the napkin in their lap, and present the menu.
• Answer questions about menu items and preparation methods.
• Take beverage and dessert orders and relay special requests to the churrasqueiros.
• Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other servers as needed and maintain opening/closing duties.
