I was referred to this position by a current employee

Working at Challenger Sports not only developed my coaching abilities but it also developed me massively as a person. The blend between rules and freedom was perfect as it allowed me to become more independent in myself whilst I still felt secure and safe. The overall company is very well run and offers a wide range of support to all employees and customers, quite clearly it prides itself on high quality and this ethos is drilled in to the employees from early on.
