Job summary

Impleo seeks a Production Operator - Blender to prepare and blend customer orders, adjust shades, and document batches at our Waco facility. You will operate tinting and mixing equipment, manage material handling tasks, and help maintain quality and safety standards.

The role requires 18+ years old, legal work status, and ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally. Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with hourly pay of $18–$23.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders, including blending, adjusting, filling, and labeling batches.
• Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Make shade and gloss adjustments to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure customers' quality and service expectations are met.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards.
• Keep tools and work area clean and organized daily.
• Maintain production records and reporting as required.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
