Job Title: TIMS Administrator II

Reports To: Director, Regional Billing Operations

Location: Remote

Business Unit: Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary:

We seek a dedicated individual to maintain and optimize Billing and Inventory application software as a TIMS Administrator II. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment with talented professionals dedicated to innovation in orthopedics and beyond, with brands like DonJoy, Aircast, ProCare, and Exos.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary duties include:

  1. End User Support & Training:
  • Manage Help Desk tickets, assess user needs, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide first-level support for application software, escalate as needed.
  • Handle TIMS end user access requests.
  • Notify stakeholders of job delays or errors.
  • Build relationships through communication.
  • Maintain support documents and training materials.
  • Train end users on TIMS operations and data entry rules.
  • Database Administration:
    • Resolve database locks and hanging sessions.
    • Perform TIMS upgrades and hotfixes.
    • Monitor nightly batching for timely transactions.
  • Compliance:
    • Stay informed about payor regulations (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.) and ensure compliance.
    • Commit to the company's Compliance & Ethics Program and adhere to regulations like HIPAA.
    • Maintain confidentiality of PHI.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of experience maintaining master data in EMR or EPR systems.
    • Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration, IT/IS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Prior experience with TIMS platform required.
    • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
    • Knowledge of HCPC codes, ICD-10, medical terminology, billing, and collections.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Understanding of DME billing practices.
    • IT support experience and knowledge of database software, ETL tools, and BI software.
    • Experience with Diver, PowerBI, or reporting systems.
    • Knowledge of insurance/payor guidelines and reimbursement processes.

    Travel:

    • Up to 5% travel expected, domestic and international, typically 1-3 days per trip.
