Responsibilities

• Work with supervisor and Monroe facility management to ensure production goals are met.
• Comply with all Monroe policies, safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Work with cell members and management to produce a high-quality product with strong attention to detail.
• Set-up and Operate Robot to produce quality Timpani kettles for production.
• Prepare and form metal rings for powder coating.
• Prepare fiberglass kettles for painting (includes assembling rings in kettle, laying out hole locations, and punching holes).
• Paint kettles to produce high-quality product for assembly.
• Machine parts to produce product per manufacturing order.
• Knowledge and ability to do all functions of Final Assemblers.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to read, follow directions, and good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Ability to stand and or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Requires frequent bending, reaching, lifting, repetitive motions, twisting, stooping, turning, finger dexterity, grasping, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
• Work is performed indoors.
