The role entails test methodology development, data analysis, automation, and product characterization while collaborating with product and test teams. A strong foundation in electronics and programming is expected.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Electrical, Computer Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented engineering environment.
• Understanding of basic electronics and semiconductor fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document production test strategies for mixed-signal timing devices.
• Analyze data to identify trends, yield opportunities, and quality issues.
• Support silicon post-silicon activities and debugging.
• Enhance Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test programs.
• Generate technical reports for cross-functional teams.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support release of timing products from development to production.
