Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. seeks a Winter/Spring 2027 Co-Op student in Test Engineering in Woburn, MA. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment focusing on analog semiconductor technology and the wireless networking revolution.

You will work with product and test engineers, tackling real problems, with emphasis on data analysis, calibration, and test coverage to ensure accurate results and repeatable measurements.

Qualifications

• Working towards a technical degree such as a BA/BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics
• Basic understanding of electronic circuits
• Software background in C, C++, C#, Python
• Proficiency with software/hardware integration including calibration and debug
• Interest in learning to work with ATE and other lab equipment (signal generator, VNA, spectrum analyzer, power meter, oscilloscope)

Responsibilities

• Ability to collaborate with product and test engineers in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Team player with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task

Required Experience and Skills

• Working towards a technical degree such as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics
• Basic understanding of electronic circuits
• Software background in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Python
• Proficiency with software/hardware integration including calibration and debug
• Interest in learning to work with ATE and other lab equipment (signal generator, VNA, spectrum analyzer, power meter, oscilloscope)

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
