Brobston Group in Nashville is seeking a Sales Professional to deliver memorable client service focused on timepieces and jewelry. You will use product storytelling and technical knowledge to create a welcoming showroom experience and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities include presenting products, maintaining CRM-based client relationships, organizing displays, and supporting showroom hospitality.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience.
• Strong storytelling, client service, selling, communication and organizational skills required.
• Passion for timepieces or jewelry a plus; ability to multitask and work with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Present products using engaging storytelling and technical details while providing hospitable service.
• Build and maintain client relationships using the company CRM platform.
• Develop knowledge of brands, collections, products, and the broader industry.
• Organize merchandise and displays to support sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Support showroom hospitality, assist team members, and complete administrative tasks.
• Receive and deliver client repairs when required, and follow company policies and procedures.
