Job summary

Primoris Energy Services seeks a Timekeeping Coordinator I to accurately process employee timecards and payroll data, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will support payroll and project teams with timely, validated time entries.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication. Experience with timekeeping software and basic payroll understanding is beneficial as we maintain confidential records and assist with reporting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field, preferably with some exposure to timekeeping or payroll functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience with timekeeping software (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP, Kronos) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and labor regulations is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, and input employee timecard data into the designated timekeeping system.

Job Overview
