Primoris Energy Services is seeking a detail-oriented Timekeeping and Field Admin to join our team. This role will begin with training at our Houston office and will require openness to travel as part of supporting industrial construction projects in the field. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in timekeeping or field administration, preferably in construction or energy, and be skilled in timekeeping systems and administrative coordination. Responsibilities include managing digital timekeeping systems, supporting payroll integration, assisting field operations, and ensuring accurate documentation. Job Summary:
The Timekeeping and Field Admin is responsible for overseeing and coordinating timekeeping and field administrative functions for industrial construction projects in a fieldwork environment. This role works closely with project managers, field personnel, Payroll, and the HR department to ensure accurate timekeeping and efficient administrative operations in the field. Success in this role requires the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, following verbal directions effectively, and adapting quickly to instructions.
