Job summary

Timber Technologies is seeking a manufacturing associate to load materials on the production line, verify specifications, and assemble joints according to production sheets.

You will monitor equipment, document quality checks, and collaborate with teammates while possibly being cross-trained at multiple stations. High school diploma required; one year of manufacturing experience preferred; strong attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED Diploma.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and reliable.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Load correct materials on to the production line in the correct sequence.
• Ensure material meets specifications.
• Ability to understand production sheets and pull, throw, and put joints properly together on the table.
• Take action to fix/replace defective materials.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Documents quality and production checks.
• Cross-train at multiple stations when needed.
• Communicate well with other team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
