Tilt-Up Concrete Project Manager

Salary ranges from $90k to $130k, range is for PM or Senior PM

We are currently seeking a Tilt-Up Concrete Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a passion for construction, a strong understanding of tilt-up techniques, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all phases of tilt-up concrete projects, from pre-construction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial controls are in place to keep the project within budgetary constraints.

  • Scheduling: Create and manage detailed project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.

  • Quality Control: Monitor project quality to ensure all work is completed according to specifications, codes, and industry best practices.

  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on the job site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project's progress.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in tilt-up concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a project management role.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of tilt-up concrete construction techniques and processes.

    • Proven leadership and team management experience.

    • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
