Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction drawings.
• Need physical strength and stamina.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• May require weekend work.
• Must provide basic hand tools for carpentry.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble tilt up panels.
• Form footings, column pads and other structural concrete.
• Install embedded items like anchor bolts and lifting hardware.
• Assist with layout as needed.
• Strip forms after panels are poured.
• Maintain and track tools.
