Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Las Vegas In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tilers to ensure that all tiling projects are completed efficiently accurately and to the highest quality standards

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of tilers including delegating tasks and providing guidance and support
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates
• Plan and schedule tiling projects ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are utilized effectively
• Inspect work sites regularly to ensure safety regulations are being followed and work is progressing according to plan
• Train new employees on proper tiling techniques and company policies
• Order necessary materials and supplies for projects within budget constraints
• Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure it meets client expectations
• Collaborate with other construction professionals such as architects and contractors to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a tiler with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge of tiling techniques materials tools and safety procedures
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be physically fit as the job may involve standing bending kneeling for extended periods of time

Salary

The salary for this position is $1300 per month
