Job summary

GreenHarvest Industries in the United States is seeking a skilled Tiler to join our team. You will install and repair tiles on floors, walls, and ceilings, ensuring precise alignment, clean grout lines, and durable finishes while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

The ideal candidate has prior tiling experience or a similar role, can read blueprints or designs, measure accurately, mix mortar, and work well in a small team. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a tiler or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of tiling materials, tools and techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints or designs and follow specifications accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for precision.
• Physically fit with ability to stand, kneel, bend, lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled.
• Cut tiles to fit around obstacles and into desired shapes using hand and power tools.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding or leveling as needed.
• Mix and apply mortar or adhesive to secure tiles in place.
• Align tiles properly and evenly while ensuring proper spacing between them.
• Grout tiles after they have set.
• Seal finished installations if necessary.
• Repair or replace damaged or broken tiles as needed.

As a Tiler you will be responsible for installing and repairing tiles on various surfaces including floors walls and ceilings Your main goal will be to ensure that all tiling work is completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled


• Cut tiles to fit around obstacles and into desired shapes using hand and power tools


• Prepare surfaces by cleaning sanding or leveling as needed


• Mix and apply mortar or adhesive to secure tiles in place


• Align tiles properly and evenly while ensuring proper spacing between them


• Grout tiles after they have set


• Seal finished installations if necessary


• Repair or replace damaged or broken tiles as needed
