Job summary

Portobello America is seeking a Warehouse Picker in Baxter, TN. You will pull product from racking using pick tickets and RF scanner directions, stage it for shipment, and verify orders for accuracy and damage-free delivery.

Work is hands-on in a fast-paced facility with safety as a priority. You will operate forklifts or pallet jacks, record moves in the WMS, and support cycle counts and loading duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow pick tickets, labels, and instructions in English.
• Basic math for quantities and square footage calculations.
• Comfort using handheld RF scanners, tablets, or computer terminals (training provided).
• Willingness to work assigned shift including overtime and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage finished tile products using tickets or RF scanner directions.
• Verify SKU, shade, caliber, quantity, and lot numbers against orders.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks (training provided).
• Inspect products for damage and report defects.
• Record picks and location moves in the warehouse management system.
