Job summary

RapidFix Services in Atlanta is seeking a skilled Tile Setter to install and repair tile in residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires precision, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to read design plans.

You will measure, cut, prepare surfaces, apply adhesives, and seal finished surfaces while keeping the work area clean. Prior tiling experience is preferred, and strong attention to detail is essential for quality results.

Tile Setter

We are a reputable construction company looking for an experienced Tile Setter to join our team in Atlanta. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles in residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled, ensuring accuracy and proper layout
• Cut tiles using tile cutting tools to fit around obstacles and into corners
• Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles, filling gaps, and applying adhesives
• Install tiles using appropriate materials such as grout, cement, or mortar
• Ensure tiles are properly aligned and levelled
• Seal and finish installed tile surfaces
• Repair or replace damaged or cracked tiles
• Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tile Setter or similar role
• Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and tools
• Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail with excellent measurement skills
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Salary: $1300 per month

City: Atlanta (open to Malayalees, Filipinos, English speakers)

Experience: No experience required but previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
