Job summary

Del Conca USA is seeking a Press Operator to run tile presses, monitor production, and ensure quality during a full-time shift in our Loudon, TN facility.

The role requires operating machinery, performing die/frame changes, maintaining safety, and communicating with supervisors to maintain efficient, safe production. Candidates should have at least 1 year in manufacturing and be able to work independently; we offer a stable team and a clean, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to monitor and operate automated production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate tile presses according to established procedures and production schedules.
• Meet production targets and quality standards.
• Inspect green tile for quality compliance.
• Handle and lift tile as needed during shift.
• Change dies and frames as required.
• Transfer dies and frames between operations.
• Adjust press settings to fix issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
• Report production or quality issues to supervisor.
• Record production and QC data as required.
• Follow OSHA and PPE safety regulations.
• Perform other duties to support efficiency, quality, and safety.
