Job summary

Signature Outdoor is seeking a hands-on installer to professionally install pool plumbing, conduit, and automation under the guidance of the Crew Leader. The role covers ancillary construction tasks in outdoor living areas, including hardscapes, softscapes, and related installations.

You will contribute to a positive team culture, communicate effectively, and stay physically ready for demanding tasks. In-person, full-time position with competitive pay, overtime, plus profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license with reliable daily transportation.
• Ability to lift 50-80 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Agility to read measurements and follow setup directions.

Responsibilities

• Professionally install pool plumbing, conduit, and automation per Crew Leader.
• Complete other pool installation tasks including tile, finishes, and outdoor living features.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment; follow safety guidelines.
• Support yard or landscape tasks as needed across sections of the business.

Primary Role

To provide our customers with a great construction experience by professionally installing pool plumbing, conduit, automation, and completing other project related tasks as needed by Crew Leader.

Secondary Role

Complete other tasks when needed in different sections of the business including other areas of swimming pool installation (pool tile and finishes), softscapes (planting, mulching, etc.), hardscapes (patios, retaining walls, fire features, outdoor kitchens), and other outdoor living elements.

Position Requirements

• Arrive on time daily, prepared for work, with a positive and ambitious attitude.
• Be in good physical condition, ability to safely lift and carry 50-80 pounds, ability to kneel for long periods of time, ability to bend up & down.
• Proficiently read a tape measure down to 1/16"
• Set up, understand, and operate a laser transit, or willing to learn.
• Set up and follow string lines or willing to learn.
• Knowledge around the use of various power tools.
• Operate a truck and trailer, or willing to learn.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license (with Chauffeur or willingness to complete) & have reliable daily transportation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

• Competitive starting pay ranging from $18-20/hr. with overtime plus end-of-year profit sharing bonus.
