The role involves operating equipment from 6 AM to 6 PM, following the Quality Management System, stocking lines, weighing and mixing ingredients as needed, and maintaining thorough records. This environment emphasizes continuous learning and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follows Quality Management System (QMS).
• Stocks lines/machines with materials and maintains orderly work area.
• Loads/unloads machines and performs periodic checks on output.
• Creates samples and conducts quality control checks.
• Keeps safety, quality, and productivity records up to date.
