Kitchen & Bath Tune-Up in Columbus, OH is seeking a skilled Tile Installer to join our remodeling team. You will install backsplashes and full tile projects in kitchens and bathrooms, prepare surfaces, cut tiles, and ensure precise alignment for durable results.

The ideal candidate has hands-on tile installation experience, knowledge of waterproofing, and strong teamwork. We offer quarterly bonuses based on quality and volume, plus health benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install backsplashes in kitchens and tile installs in bathrooms (shower walls, floor, niches, etc.).
• Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, grout, and adhesive.
• Cut and shape tiles to fit around obstacles and create attractive patterns.
• Ensure tiles are properly aligned and leveled.
• Apply grout and sealant to tiles for a finished look.
