Qualifications

• Experience in manual labor or construction environments.
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in tile installation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surface preparation before tile installation.
• Help measure and cut tiles to fit areas, under guidance of lead installers.
• Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and other materials for tile installation.
• Transport tiles and materials to/from job site and keep them organized.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment for daily use.
• Support installation team by holding tiles in place and ensuring they are level.
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Learn and develop new skills in tile installation with growth opportunities.
