Sir Grout is seeking skilled technicians to restore tile, grout, and stone surfaces in residential and commercial properties in Westchester County, NY. This full-time, day-shift role offers stable, year-round work with no nights or Sundays, and paid training.

Base pay ranges from $20–$25 per hour, with weekly bonuses that can bring total compensation to $30–$35 per hour for top performers. You’ll operate restoration equipment, maintain tools and vehicle, and provide excellent customer service.

Compensation

Your base pay is $20 – $25/hour based on experience — guaranteed every week. On top of that, you earn volume-based bonuses tied to weekly production. Technicians who produce consistently and deliver quality work reach $30 – $35/hour in total compensation.
